Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RacePrep AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RacePrep AI is an AI-powered motorsport performance coaching platform that generates personalized training plans for racing drivers. Plans are generated using artificial intelligence and are based on publicly available F1 coaching methodologies.

3. Health Disclaimer

Important: RacePrep AI provides general fitness guidance for motorsport preparation. This is not medical advice. You should consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any training program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

You assume all risk associated with performing exercises or following training plans generated by this Service. RacePrep AI is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from following its recommendations.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are in EUR. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge for consideration.

5. AI-Generated Content

Training plans are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we design our prompts based on established F1 coaching methodologies, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for evaluating and applying any AI-generated content at your own discretion.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — account sharing is not permitted except under Team plans.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the AI prompts or methodologies, resell or redistribute generated plans commercially, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The RacePrep AI brand, interface, AI prompt engineering, and methodology synthesis are the intellectual property of Lukas Puchinger. Training plans generated for you are licensed for your personal use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RacePrep AI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
